The iCARDIO Alliance is preparing to launch a major milestone in global cardiovascular care: the first-ever iCARDIO Global Implementation Guidelines, focused on the Diagnosis and Management of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure.

These groundbreaking Guidelines will move beyond traditional models—offering equitable, real-world solutions for clinicians in all healthcare settings, from high-resource settings to areas with limited access to care.

The Guidelines will be available in open access in Global Cardiology and several other journals. Stay tuned for the official launch by the end of April!

The journal Global Cardiology has published an open-access editorial highlighting the iCARDIO Alliance and its groundbreaking work in developing Global Implementation Guidelines for cardio-renal-metabolic care.

The article emphasizes the importance of practical, evidence-based, and globally applicable guidance, especially in diverse economic and healthcare settings, and outlines the unique cascade approach adopted by iCARDIO to ensure relevance, equity, and implementation worldwide.

As part of the development of our Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD) Global Implementation Guidelines, the iCARDIO Alliance is about to launch a worldwide survey to gather insights from healthcare professionals involved in IHD patient care. Our short, anonymous survey will assess how current guidelines are perceived and implemented in practice, helping us identify gaps and opportunities for improvement across all healthcare settings.
